The Handing Over Ceremony of the renovated, refurbished, and extended Dispensary Building of Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Jalpaiguri was held on Tuesday, 17th March 2026, at the Ashrama premises. The programme was conducted in the presence of Sri Prashant Sahu, Sr. Divisional Manager of Life Insurance Corporation of India, Jalpaiguri Division, who formally handed over the upgraded Dispensary Building to the Ashrama authorities and other officials from LIC Jalpaiguri division. The renovation and extension of the building aim to strengthen the Ashrama’s charitable medical services for the benefit of the needy and underprivileged sections of society. The ceremony was attended by monks, devotees, and well-wishers. It concluded with the presentation of books to the LIC officials as a token of appreciation, followed by tea and refreshments for all.
