Festival

Throughout the year, the Ashrama has a schedule of festivals. Major festivals are Sri Durga Puja, Sri Kalipuja, Maha Shiva Ratri, Janmasthami, Guru Purnima, Holi, Bengali NewYear, Kalpataru , Christmas Eve, etc. Devotees avail the sacred environment of the congregational hall for meditation and spiritual practice.  Festivals are observed through ritual performances, religious discourses and day/week-long programmes of devotional songs, hymns, lectures by senior monks and eminent persons and cultural programmes.
