Saraswati Puja was solemnly celebrated at Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Jalpaiguri, on Friday, 23rd January 2026, in a serene and spiritually uplifting atmosphere.
The worship was conducted with due reverence before a beautifully crafted earthen idol of Goddess Saraswati, the embodiment of knowledge, wisdom, and purity. The sacred rituals included traditional puja, homa, pushpanjali, and devotional songs, creating an environment of deep devotion and joy.
A good number of devotees assembled at the Ashrama to seek the blessings of the Goddess. The entire programme was marked by discipline, devotion, and collective participation. At the conclusion of the worship, prasad was distributed to all devotees as a token of divine grace.
The celebration reaffirmed the Ashrama’s commitment to nurturing spiritual values and reverence for knowledge, inspiring all present to pursue learning, wisdom, and self-realization under the blessings of Goddess Saraswati.
