Morning Session – Youth Convention
Youth Convention was held at Ashrama premises for the students and youth of 16-30 years age. The main attractions were – Vedic chanting, Guided Meditation, Lecturers, Patriotic songs, Classical Music, Youth presentation, Interaction Session etc. Swami Kripakaranandaji Maharaj, Ramakrishna Mission,New Delhi has delivered an inspiring lecture on “Right uses of Modern Gadgets” and sung classical songs in the event. Revered Swami Girishatmanandaji Maharaj Ramakrishna Math Coochbehar spoke on "Success Mantra". Around 600 registered delegates from various schools and youths from Jalpaiguri town and nearby places have participated. Cooked Prasad served to all the participants.
Evening Session
In the evening session, Baul Songs, Discourse on "Propakare Nijer Upokar" by Swami Girishatmanandaji Maharaj and Classical Music by Swami Kripakaranandaji Maharaj were the main attraction of this programme. Around 2200 people have taken part in this event.
